Letit sit for 30minutes managed to start it and get it to a mechanic. Fault code was 113027: ignition relay and injectors, supply voltage, fuel injection short to ground. Car can start but is running very rough can coax it. Discovered the ISM had a blown fuse in it. Ordered Genuine part from BMW replaced it. Vehicle will crank but wont start.

TheDME relay is just the blue cube thing in front of it. You may be able to access and replace it without many of the steps shown in that Pelican article. So if you're having no problems, then it's a preventive maintenance issue. I'm running on mine at 188k miles with no problems.
